I like the fact that there is no residue left in the carpet. The carpet stays clean longer. Brian was very friendly, and professional. When asked a question he didn't know the answer to he called into the office to get me the answer and didn't hesitate to admit he wasn't knowledgeable on the subject. He was very efficient.
I loved the service, the carpets are so clean !! I also appreciated the constructive instruction for the tile & upkeep of carpet. I purchased the extra mop & spray because i heard how well it will help later from others who have used them. Thanks to your team my house is ready for guests !!
My technician was able to get out some very bad stains, and I was so thankful! My carpets look great again ... just really clean without any residue. Also, I like to use their empowered water in a spray bottle for cleaning in my home ... it is just the best cleaner. Thank you Zerorez.

Excellent service! The technician was very professional and explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. Loved that our carpets didn’t smell afterwards (from chemical cleaning) and dried so much faster than other companies we have used for carpet cleaning!! Highly recommend them!

Doesn’t leave a crunchy feel and knowing they use a chemical free products is comforting as well. Plus the carpets always turn out very nice.

Just disappointing when you advertise three rooms for $139 and one room could have cost me $250.
Carpet looks and feels clean. The tech worked very hard on cleaning our carpet. My wife says he saw him “really putting his back into some nasty stains”. He did really good. Price was affordable. We’ll definitely use Zerorez again!

I strictly scheduled to have stains removed. I was told they could remove stains. The stains are mostly still present. Some came our but I paid $246 and I still have stains. They called the day of for the tech to come early as well. I had an appt scheduled.
My carpets didn’t look any cleaner. I was expecting at least some difference or at least better then other carpet cleaners. I would rather save $100 plus and get a groupon for another carpet cleaner.

I paid a LOT of extra money for the urine treatment and I feel that my house/carpet now smell worse than before the service was performed.

Loved that the technician was so flexible and easy to communicate with. He made sure to update me on his availability day of and was easy to reach. He was also able to add items as needed. Everything looks and feels great.
The tech's were on time and professional. They were is and out quick and the carpet came out great.
Payment process requirements. Latest carpet cleaning didn't seem as robust and effective as others... Especially on stairs. Expensive compared to others.
