The gentleman that came over to shampoo our carpet and clean and seal our tile grout as excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone that wants a thorough and professional job done at their home or office.
What I like about your products and services is, the amount of dry time is minimal. The carpet feels soft to the touch after the fact. The service was wonderful. The Technician was courteous, polite, and professional.

The service rep was professional, explained things very well and did a great job. My carpet was in worse shape than I realized, but looks great now. The rep explained all options available and quickly helped me decide how to tackle the job.
I LOVE the fact that Zerorez does not use toxic/harsh chemicals for their carpet cleaning. I have zero tolerance for toxic chemicals and it is a blessing to be able to have my carpet cleaned without the feeling of a chemical assault.
Thank you, Zerorez!!!
