You do not allow your employees to move furniture etc. For senior citizens, this is very important service. My husband and I had to struggle to accomplish this. For that reason, I do not see your services useful to senior citizens. However, I must admit that your employee, Anthony, was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We would have been willing to pay extra for your employees to assist in moving our furniture.

We like the zerorez method. The results are so much nicer than shampooing the carpet. The guys are always courteous and he leaves clean shoe covers. We also like the fact that the company calls us for reminders that we haven’t done our carpets for awhile. Makes it easy on us for carpet care.

I didn't like being up sold I wasn't home and it was over the phone. I fell for it and should not have. I had an older dog who peed on the carpet. I remembered that I had pee resistant padding after I agreed to the extra charges. I paid too much for the cleaning.
Lewis explained the process of cleaning my couch & he did a great job. I will use Zerorez again when I have my tile floors cleaned.
