the timing of your services

You can see dirt in front of couches where we sit and a path where we walk into the bedroom. The guy told me it is wear. Last time we had you do the carpet, everything came out. He was done rather quickly and carpets were dry within 2 hours which is rare. The guy who did it was very informative, but those spots don't look good at all.

We have a lot of shadowing on the carpet. You can see where the orange cleaner was sprayed and not sprayed. There was no care to be sure everything was covered. Just seemed like more attention was given to getting done than the quality of the job. Mentioned he would be done in 45 minutes. 219.00 is a lot of money to be spent on a rushed 45 min job.

Price was steep, unforseen up charge for large room felt like a money grab. All things in was pass on to recommends. However the tech was well trained, polite, and good with communication, for this reason when I call zerorez back out I will request Johnathan again.

I will be honest with you it seemed like the carpet just got wet. My other carpet cleaner that uses hot water and soap cleaned 100% better. I have taken pictures and I am having my normal cleaner for 50 bucks for a 1 bedroom be so much cleaner. I get the carpets cleaned every other month. Zerorez unfortunately did not do what I expected. I’m a Director of Rooms for Hilton Hotels. Either the machine was broken or something just was not working. The staff of guys very nice.
