I was very happy with my cleaning. Daniel was super nice and made the time to walk me through everything. He showed me what I should expect with sample spots to show me how certain products would help maintain my cleaning and explained how I could care for the areas so they would last as long as possible.

The technician was on time, the carpet was finished earlier than expected, the carpet was cleaned exceptionally well. Overall a good experience will use again in the future if needed.

customer service was great...I was a bit disappointed in the results though. wish they could have cleaned up more of the soiled spots...I got on my hands and knees afterwards and took a spray cleaner to it and most of it came out. Overall, it was a good experience--just wished more of the spots came out.

No harsh chemicals used in the process. Leaves the carpet residue free, clean, and soft at touch.
The technician is kind, respectful, and professional.

The technician that came to my house was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue previously with my laminate flooring and he made sure nothing happened to it again. My carpets look great!

Associates were very personable and explained process and expectations very well. BIG Improvement in very dirty and old carpets in my new home....they made it so I could move in and have piece of mind that the carpets were clean.

First off, the carpet looks great. Secondly, there was NO chemical odors during or after the cleaning. Third, the tech was really nice and worked very hard.

I expected my floors to look fantastic for the price I paid. The grout doesn't look clean. In fact, I did a better job hand scrubbing using baking soda, peroxide, and dish soap. The tile cleaning and grout seal was the most costly part of the service but looks the worst.
My carpets are decent and the only reason I gave the work a score of 1 or 2 rather than 0. I'm very disappointed and angry because I spent so much money for poor results. I should have kept my money did it by hand for a fraction of the cost. At this point I just wish I got my money back or a fraction of it.
