He was so friendly and made it possible to do all rugs and sofa! I’m very pleased with zeroez! We’ll use them again. Sofa looks brand new again after 9 years! Got all spots out of rugs! Clean again!
The technician did an amazing job on both tile and carpet! The difference in our grout is remarkable. Very professional, friendly and efficient.
Clean and customer service
Our 12 year old floors went from old to new! We were amazed how well they turned out! Staff was also friendly and answered all our questions on site. Would definitely recommend.
I thought we had everything figured out but when the guys arrived they quoted double what we had determined the cost would be. The crew was VERY good in explaining what they were going to do and how everything worked. I just didn't like the idea of trying to be sold extras when they arrived. We ended up close to the original price with the only upcharge being the pet stains which I knew would be extra, so all was good on the end. The carpets and tile look GREAT.
I not only appreciate the quality of the work, but I also appreciate the technician's professionalism, timeliness and reasonable pricing of the services. Looking forward to next year's service.

My daughter and I had a Zerorez employee come to our home to refill the (2) 5 gallon containers with this amazing Zerorez cleaning solution that we use to clean many surface in our homes.

I wasn't home when the cleaning occurred. They used some sensor device to determine where potential dog urine existed but it clearly didn't work properly. Wish my husband had moved TV cabinet so urine could have been removed. The sensor couldn't detect it, but my nose could. Otherwise carpets look, feel and smell better.
There was no smell that made it unpleasant for me not my dogs. The technician was hard working, efficient and never wasted a minute.
Luke and Dillon were great. Punctual, polite, professional. Offered time to ask any questions about the service. The carpet looks great. Thank you.
Customer service was great, everything was fine. I just expected more in regards to the smell after cleaning and the cleanliness of the carpets afterwards. I'd heard so much hype on the radio of how great zerorez was and could get those high traffic areas clean that my expectations were probably set unrealistically. Not your fault. You did the job, did the best you could with older stinky dirty carpets but no different than any other company I've had come out before. I would recommend to others but only if they could afford as your a bit pricey.

Carpets are dry quickly without that "squishy" feel and are not "crunchy" when dry. Carpets look and feel clean and brighter

The tech was wonderful! He made sure that we were satisfied with the carpet cleaning, and he kept us informed about the job as he cleaned. He was very knowledgeable about his job and had a very pleasant personality.
The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I had 2 bedroom carpets and my kitchen tile cleaned. He used a special treatment on a difficult spot in one of the rooms...It appears that the spot may be returning slightly..f so, I'll give them a call to come out again. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend them.
