I actually tried to tip him .. but he would not accept it!! I personally think that is a policy that should be looked at by your company.
When someone does a great job they should be able to accept a gratuity.

Tech was very friendly and did a great job.
Dave, our service technician, worked really hard at getting the floors clean. He was also courteous and helpful and explained everything so there was no confusion about what was going to happen.
Sidney, my tech, was awesome. He was friendly, respectful, cared for our home, and worked really hard to give us a great result. The cleaning on the travertine Tile was really effective, almost perfect. Love the way the clean tile feels on our feet, and the smell was lovely.
My only complaint is that some grout was broken and removed...
They always do a great job.
Have the tech wear the booties without us having to tell him. Also when the weather is cold, shut the door as much as possible.my wife said that she had to ask for the carpet to be raked.. the tech was a very nice person, conscientious but may have needed a little more attention to detail training. we still will use zerorez for our next cleaning
It's different from all the other carpet service I have used in the past. My carpet is clean.

Great person that came he was prompt and respectful.
I like the fact that it has no chemicals. Every time Inhave used them the carpet and furniture looks wonderful.
Did not agree on the final price. Quoted a price of $150 for a small part of a hallway, 17 steps, and quarter of the master bedroom, and also a quarter of another bedroom. The person quoted my husband a price of $250, which was ridiculous because it was not even one full bedroom. Then my husband agreed for the person just to do the stairs, which costed $75, then after it was done a $14 environmental fee was added to the bill. Where is this fee,when it was not disclosed at the beginning. Is it a tax, which is paid to the government? Or is it a tip for the person cleaning? I want to know, because we usually tip the person, but when my husband heard about the environmental charge, he did not even want to shake the persons hand. It was a disappointing experience. All should be disclosed prior to paying for the service. The stairs that were done still had stains, which my husband went back to remove with a carpet cleaner. So, yes, I will never recommend you company to anyone. Paying $90 for 17 stairs which was not even cleaned thoroughly, would you recommend, this company? I don't believe so!! Sorry, I am just being honest, the job was not done properly! Your advertisement said 3 rooms for $125, and when my husband mentioned the special the price the carpet cleaner was much higher. That I believe is false advertisement.
The carpets look brand new with no residue feeling and the house smells fresh. We have dogs so we had the sofa and love seat done and they also look brand new and have no more dog odor. Zerorez is the only service we will ever use again.

Your service was excellent in working with me to coordinate the time and day that I could have the rugs cleaned at a home I was selling. These rugs had some BAD stains that your technician (Tyrese) addressed to make certain they were removed. However, I had to call and request that he return to clean three or four stains that were still visible. Tyrese returned and re cleaned those areas, and rug looks 100% better.
