You've always done a great job, however, I was disappointed in the cleaning of my shower. You charged $15 more than last time and when I got home, I didn't see much difference. I still will recommend you but only for carpets

Completly removed the pet urine smell
I like that they don't leave that crunchy feeling on the carpet, they dry fast and clean - I'm all about not using chemicals

Dylan Parnel was our service technician. Dylan did a fantastic job!! He was knowledgeable, patient (I asked a lot of questions!), thorough, and pleasant. I highly recommend Zerorez and Dylan and give them both a 10 out of 10!!

I like the professionalism that the technicians demonstrate every time I get a cleaning. They always explain things well with great customer service and know exactly what to do. The latest cleaning tech spent an adaquate amount of time trying to understand the cleaning needs and did not try to sell me things that were not necessary. Overall, I rate my experience as a 10 out of 10!

I expected your cleaning process of our tile and grout would actually clean it. It doesn’t look any better than it looked before your team cleaned it and for a very hefty price.

Be more lenient on your policy regarding 3 rooms, for your 3 room special. My bedrooms are very small, and in two of them I have queen beds. So between the two, square footage wise, it probably equaled one bedroom. I chose not to lift the mattresses so that they could clean under the beds. Its frustrating to pay for 3 rooms and not feel I got the same deal as someone else with bigger rooms would.
