Our carpet and tile are so clean!!
Another company said the walk areas would not come clean on my aging carpet.
They said the fibers were worn and will look about the same.

How clean it leaves my carpets without the Rez

Carpet felt soft and clean. Our carpet did not look dirty as it is only a year ago, but the few stains we did have, were taken right out without having to pay extra.

David did a great job, he was able to get a spot out that I did not think would come out.

My service provider was very personable and thorough and did a great job and assured if any spots show up to just call and they will come back and take care of it. Her phone did not cooperate so I did not receive a receipt for the service so I hope I still will via e-mail.

I had you come out to clean my carpets to get ready to sell my house. I haven't been back but my realtor who recommended you went in to inspect the house and said there was a couple of spots that still had stains in the bedrooms and in the living room there's a big area where she took some resolve carpet cleaner and did a spot treatment and was able to get some of it up. I would like those areas to be cleaned again to get those stains up.

Alexis was courteous, careful, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Our experience could not have been better.

More expensive than I expected and would have cost me a fortune to actually get out the pet smells. $40 a gallon that would only cover a small portion of a room is outrageous to actually remove the smell. I ended up spending $100 more than planned. Just disappointed that my house still smells after a nearly $300 carpet cleaning. Not worth it.
