The carpets look so much better now that they have been cleaned. I have used Zerorez a few years ago and the carpets stayed nice for quite a while. With two dogs running in and out I was ready to have their main living areas cleaned. This time I chose to use the protective coat on these areas. So far i don't really care for the crunchy feeling of the carpet with this coating on it. We will see if it helps with repelling the dirt.

My carpet is always looking awesome after the technician leaves.
Also the technicians are always so nice and work hard!

Everything was great except that the carpet took way longer to dry than expected. I was told 4-6 hours, but it took about 15 hours. Also, we went back with the black light and a lot of the ‘puppy accident’ spots that I wanted cleaned were better but certainly not gone. Lastly, the carpet smells funny a sort of creepy as between puppy and mildew. The technician that came out was nice and efficient and said that the carpet was in really good condition and that the puppy spots were minimal, so I guess I thought they would be fully cleaned. He did get an old red stain out from my children’s kinetic sand and I was impressed by that. I left a really good review on Facebook when it was first done, but it was still wet and I wasn’t able to see or smell the final product. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wasn’t wowed. I don’t want anything to “make it right”. I Just think you should hear the constructive feedback.

I enjoy the efficiency that the technician was able to take care of all of my carpet cleaning in such a good fast time. I had the pet control and the protectant put on and it made my carpet smell so much better. and with the protectant put on it gives me the guarantee that my carpets will stay cleaner longer.

I used Zerorez several times on my carpet and will use them again in the future. Their service people have always been friendly, professional, expedient. Prices are reasonable and my carpet is gorgeous. I love the fact that it dries so fast versus those companies that use soap. Thank you!

My technicians were amazing! They provided me with amazing service and were very professional. The carpets definitely feel and look cleaner, however... I noticed that my master bedroom had an odor to the carpets after being cleaned. This was the only room that had this issue and I had my entire home cleaned. I had already called the company to come back out (same day) and do a second treatment for animal urine (they came the following day). It worked, but after that second treatment is when I noticed the smell. I’m afraid of what it will cost for me to have them come out for a third time to fix the master bedroom carpet odor.

It was just a up sale. You promote of just the use of warer. Once your team member is here is just what can we upsale you to. I have a few pee spot on the a cuople areas in the carpet. But the was only having about 300 square feet. Was told it would take at least 3 to 3.5 gallons to really clean the area needed in each room. The spot are from a dog that is 9 lbs. which means little spots. I was told that each gallon was 65.00 per gallon. So now I am looking at about 400.00 dollars to clean about 300 spuare feet of carpet. I believe 125.00 per 100 square feet of cleaning is a little bit much. I just feel like my carpets were just rinsed out. I could have done that with my own carpet cleaner.
