I had my carpets cleaned recently. I am disappointed in the outcome. Spots still remain on the carpet that the technician indicated would be removed with the service. The technician was nice and courteous. But the carpets were not cleaned well.

I love the fact that no harsh chemicals are used in the process of cleaning my carpets. I feel safe that this type of cleaning is not jeopardizing my health in any way. The carpets feel so fluffy and soft now.

Very pleasant product smell. Took longer than we expected to dry but that may be due to cool damp weather in Phoenix.
The carpet looks pretty good but some high traffic areas did not come as clean as we hoped.

The young men explained what their process entailed and what to expect. They were caring and asked questions to get to know us. The arrived early and went right to work. Their process worked great and our carpets look like new.

I paid $300 extra to extract pet smells and it still smells almost like nothing was done.
I paid extra for a Wool rug runner to be cleaned and they didnt do anything different cleaning wise than my non wool rug that was way bigger. Then went directly from one rug to the next with no special treatment.
The business claims "no crunchy carpet" and my carpet had crunch all over it. Another claim "Dries faster" it took 2 days to finally dry fully and even then there was still damp spots.
Not to mention the original technicians equipment failed and had to wait for another technician to arrive. Then I felt they were rushed bc now they were behind (the originally tech was at my house from 1015am to 3pm) on their other jobs. Not to say they were that's just the way I felt.
There you go. That's it. I dont believe your claims are valid and truthful compared to what I experience.
I like that the carpets dry relatively quickly and that the existing stains don't reappear once the drying process is completed. Easy scheduling; however, I'll have to admit that over the years we've used your services, the prices have escalated substantially.

Let people know before you arrive that you cannot remove pet stains.
Prices are a little steep and would prevent me from being a return customer
I was more pleased with the technician this time than the last time (about 4 years ago). This time he explained every step of the way and we walked around the house to see if he needed to pre-treat. Overall, it was a great experience.

You guys do a great job, that is the biggest thing. And, you offer a lot of services. My wife enjoys questioning your service rep's. and learning all about why we have carpet problems and what to do about it. They are all very knowledgable.
