I love how my carpet feels! The gentleman that did the carpet was very professional.
I had one room, a small couch and a rug cleaned and spent almost $400. Asked for the upgrade for smell removal as well. A few spots are still visible on both couch and carpet. And the house smelt like wet dog for a week. Wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for for spending so much on just a few small areas.
I paid for individual spots to be cleaned and all of them came back after a couple of days. No difference from the original to after it was cleaned. Also had a couple of small spots that he cleaned and it actually made it much bigger. So dissapointed as I thought you were the best since you are at least twice as much as other carpet cleaners.
Our consultant was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He did an amazing job on our couches! We will definitely use your services agin.

Our tile and grout was dirty, but I didn’t realize just how dirty until Zerorez came out. Their representative was SO professional and it was easy and comfortable to have him in our home. And our tile now looks like new. The grout went from brown to the original tan!!
