Zerorez always gets my carpet clean. Jeffe did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet this past Monday, 6/23/25. Everything looks great. Jeffe was very polite and very professional. I hope I am getting his name correct.

This has only been my second time using Zerorez but I have already referred them to a friend. This time I got Michelle and she was amazing & super friendlly! She was very thorough in her work (just like I would be, if i was doing it myself).
The people are very friendly and professional. The carpets are super clean with no smell.
Seems to work well though after the carpet dried, the next day, I could clearly see many of the spots that I could not the day before right after the technician finished. That was disappointing

Easy to schedule service..great clean caroets
I have generally had good experiences with the cleaning- this past one though wasn’t as good. Pike was nice and professional- however one of the rooms has a weird and very visible line where the carpet is now lighter on one side and darker in the other. I have vacuumed to see if I can get the nap of the carpet to be the same in that area again but it’s not changing. Also one of the stains in another room is still visible so I’m not sure if it was treated before the cleaning or not even though I pointed it out to Pike. The motor in the truck was also putting off fumes while Pike was cleaning and so my house smelled of gas fumes most of the day after due to the door needing to be open. Pike said he noticed a weird discharge when he started the motor - if a motor needs servicing and is putting off fumes it probably shouldn’t be used so as to keep the fumes from going in the house while the carpets are being cleaned.

I have no outlets that work in my kitchen. None on the island or the counters. The machine was plugged in yesterday. Which outlet did he use and how does it get back on? He did start the machine and had to restart. The trip on one outlet did nothing. Nothing wrong in the fuse box. I will be calling in the morning.
