EVEN THOUGH I WAS INFORMED AHEAD OF TIME THAT THE POOP STAIN MAY COME BACK AFTER DRYING. I WAS STILL VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DIDNT COME OUT.

BUT WHAT DISAPPOINTED ME MOST WAS I WAS QUOTED 43$ FOR THE CLEANING BUT WASNT INFORMED OF A 25$ SERVICE FEE.
I AM ON A STRICT WIDOWS BUDGET. IT MAY NOT BE A LOT TO EVERYONE ELSE BUT TO ME ITS A LOT OF $

Very profasional

Should warn the customer about the mess that will be caused in their home, while you are cleaning the vents. As a cleaning company, you should ensure what the customer sees and is left with is clean. Paint, dust and whatever fell from each vent as it was removed was left under it. Most of the time this was the floor, but in one case it was over my computer desk and got mess all over it, including in keyboards. Another room it was over makeup brushes and items annoying to clean. One vent was over my bed and the crew did not have anything to put on my bed to prevent them from stepping on it with their dirty feet. They mentioned they used to have a tarp but recently soiled it. We improvised with a tumbling mat I had, but again, this was left very dirty with more for me to clean up. I also started vacuuming as I noticed the mess, but the technicians didn't warn me more mess would come as they replaced the vents, despite me vacuuming those too. So now I had to clean everything twice! I was exhausted after my experience and very annoyed.

The non traffic areas came out clean. I was disappointed that the traffic areas while cleaner did not come as clean as I had hoped. I will have to rent the Bissel cleaner from Lowe's to go over again

My carpets need to be redone or my money refunded. I do not want the same person back. He said he got all my stains out and they are all still there.

The carpet is really clean.
