We have used Zerorez for many years and have always been very happy with the results! They are prompt and efficient in what they do and the carpets are always immaculate after they clean them!

Your company came highly recommended by my son who has used your services before. He is allergic to cat and dog dander and the sofa I purchased was from a couple who had 2 dogs and 2 cats. So it was important to have these cleaned so he can sit down on them. He sat down on them and said see Mom I knew they could get the job done right.
I am very happy with my clean sofa and rugs. Thank you, Creed, for the beautiful job you did. The sofa is soft and comfortable again. Everything you cleaned is so fresh.

Shawn was the technician who cleaned our carpet. He was very professional and took the time to answered all our questions and explained various options that were offered to clean pet stains and odors. He did a wonderful job. Once our carpets dried which didn’t take more than 3 hours it was soft to walk on which was nice. Another thing we really appreciate is that no harsh chemicals were used during the whole process. We’re so happy with your service we will only use your company from now on and is possible we would ask for Shawn, because he was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
