Paul arrived on time having called ahead. He explained the process and he helped me decide to get the hallway done as well taking advantage of the special offer currently running. He did an excellent job and when my wife arrived home she was delighted with the results.

As always, a great job. They even got out a stain that has been there since before the last cleaning.
The service is outstanding. I called to make an appointment, and the technician came out the next day. He cleaned a sofa, loveseat, dining room chair, and a wool area rug; they look beautiful! The cleaning solutions are odor free, and everything looks like brand new. The fabrics feel clean and there is no residue. Best of all, it was affordable! I definitely recommend Zerorez and will call them again in the future.

The work done was very good, thank you, but the time frame of when they were supposed to be there was not honored. Plus, I was told we were the first customer that morning (our time frame was 8 - 10 a.m. and they did not come until close to 11 a.m.) and that disrupted our work plans. There was a little attitude on the phone from the staff person doing the work when I let her know that we were not happy about her late arrival, which made me nervous about how she would perform, but she did a wonderful job. There was definitely a communications breakdown that needs to be worked on. We are 1st time customers, and I would think you would want to make a good 1st impression.

We've been using Zerorez for years & have always been very happy. My one issue is when getting a quote you need to let people know you charge a separate $25 service fee. I was quoted $109 then after the work was done my total was $130. You need to give your customers the total price up front & not leave it up to your techs to tell us after the job is done. I know it's not the techs fault on the final price, but I'm sure a lot of othe people do blame your techs, which is not fair. I was fine with paying $130. I just didn't like that I wasn't given the total price initially.
