It was fast and easy, carpet was super clean and not stiff like other services, the tech was super helpful and very upfront which made it really easy to make decisions about what steps needed to be taken, and most of off he was not pushy about the added services and what he felt needed to be done. Every tech that has been here to clean my carpets are very well informed on the cleaning process. The product is impressive. I recommend getting some of the zerorez water to clean with. It miraculously cleans all of the dog stuff off my walls leaving no trace.

Easy to work with, visible results in most areas. Tech was friendly and efficient. There was white residue left on some areas of the grout. The areas that they were not contracted to clean, like hallways, were left covered in excessive dust from their machines going through.

Super easy to schedule with no wait time. I'm a single woman living along and the person who came out was very respectful and careful to not encroach on my personal space while moving from room to room to clean the carpets. Would definitely use this service again.

David did an amazing job! By far the most thorough cleaning we’ve ever had! We only use Zerorez for our carpet and tile cleanings!

We had the pet treatment done in our daughter’s room. The smell was awful and Zerorez helped get it out. Ours wasn’t a super bad case (I don’t think) but I’m confident the smell would still be lingering had we not called Zerorez.
