Stain spray left marks on my carpet which didn’t show up until the carpet dried.
Very expensive for the amount of carpet have. Wouldn’t apply the special your offering even through the square footage we had cleaned was significantly less than the max that’s offered in the deal. Three 200sqft bedrooms and a hallway, we had one bedroom, one small space and one set of stairs. I understand the stairs are the issue, but it seems extremely petty to me that someone with over 600 sqft of carpet will pay so much less than we did. Because of that, it’s very unlikely I’ll return - much less recommend. It’s a shame because I’ve used Zerorez several times over the years and had good experiences. I guess thi n s change over time.
