I was very pleased with the cleaning of my carpet done by Trayvon.
He was so knowledgeable and informative as well as very professional. I complimented him verbally face-to-face, and told him I was very happy with the way he cleaned my carpet.
I need to say that this is the second time I’ve used Zerorez, but this time really was the best job done.

The machine he used left residual on the tile floor and grout. I’m unable to remove it. A technician came out to try and remove still there. Need supervision to make decision on How to can tie ad grout.

Your company did not come as scheduled. I had to ask multiple times to have you guys come on the day scheduled. The technician was in a hurry and the job was not done very well. I feel that I could have done an equal or better job by renting a machine from the grocery store.
I do not think painful price for late service with bad results is good. I would appreciate if your company made things right.
Carpets are nice and clean without any weird smell. They also dry very fast.

Technician was very careful and cleaned problem spots repeatedly. The product is good and carpet stays clean for longer without spotting.

For the amount of money I spent in expected for the carpets to look better. I know they are old and I was not expecting miracles but the looked no different then when I went over them with my Bissell.
Ask the person who came to my house. I had 1/2 room of carpet & you want to charge me more for doing a part (1 long cushion).
None of it total 3 rooms of carpet.
I am disappointed and concerned about the outcome of cleaning one of my rooms. I have taken pictures. I mentioned to the technician that I thought there was one or two pet stains. He used a light and found 3 of the worst ones. I said OK to using pet stain removers. However, the spots look worse now then prior to the cleaning. It took almost a week to dry. The spots have rings, some darker than others. As I said, I have pictures that I will gladly send. Or you can arrange a time to come and see them.
Carpet stays clean fir a while after cleaning.
No chemicals! Just water! Heavy roller to help lift dirt and particles out of carpet!
