ZeroRes's technician arrived within the given window for cleaning services. Your tecnician was very professional and friendly. he explained what he would be doing and how long it sohould take to complete our cleaning.
We really like that there isn't any soapy residue in the carpets left in our carpets like with other cleaning companies. Our carpets weren't still wet 3 hours after they were cleaned.
We would and do recommend ZeroRes to our friends and family for carpet and cloth furniture.

Prompt, courteous service. When you are advised of timing, when to receive a call, etc., the obligation is met. Dylan was a great technician and the care of our walls, corners etc., which I intended to ask about, was taken care of before I could ask. I appreciate when the service respects the property while cleaning.

I had an 8x10 area rug. Guy was very nice. Only took him 10 min and price was $125. To me that is too expensive.
They were absolutely fabulous to work with and the young gentleman that did the work did an awesome job! 2 bedroom carpets, 2 rooms of tile, & 4 xl barrel chairs to clean. Everything turned out even better than I thought could happen!

Our pet stains didn't end up coming out so we are calling the carpet company to remove that section of carpet (the product was supposed to be pet-friendly, etc. so they will replace it if stains dont come out). The cost of the service just got so expensive. You add on a room and stairs and pet cleaner and suddenly the cost is triple. Misleading prices/promotions. But the tech who came was really friendly, really easy to work with. Also very efficient.
