I love the package prices. I like that the techs use bumper/corner guards and wear slipper boots to keep outside dirt from coming in the house. That the process is explained. Also, if there are any issues, it is rectified quickly (within a few days).
Love that when you clean the carpet does not end up stiff & full of soap ! People are always pleasant and do a great job .

I was a repeat customer, however I have noticed over the course of cleaning the attention to detail just isn’t there anymore when it comes to making sure the scarlet and tile are the best ,, the difference in before is that you guys would walk through and make sure nothing was missed .. unfortunately that wasn’t the case this time and you missed the mark

The guy showed up did a great job very kind and friendly showed up a little early walked with us to make sure we understood what was going on and afterwards how everything looked and it was great. I would definitely recommend zerorez anyone.
My technician was on time, friendly, and explained the process to me from start to finish. He even took the time to stop and show me the difference between the cleaned carpet and the areas that hadn’t been cleaned yet—it was a noticeable improvement. The drying time was quick, and I never experienced that typical 'wet carpet' smell during the drying process. I'd highly recommend!

Original estimate was extremely LOW! Will probably never use your service again! Not a good result!
I specifically showed with my hands and verbally what I wanted shampooed in my bedroom, but instead, he did all the way around my bed and shampooed virgin carpet, which will now look worse because it’s been shampooed whereas it was perfect before it was never shampooed and not a heavy walking area. Lastly, the carpet in both rooms was fully saturated not enough time was spent extracting the water from the carpet.
