Great experience!
We have spent SO much money with your company and instead of being treated like a valued repeat customer, we continue to be victims of the upsell. Additionally, the quality of the cleaning has steadily declined. We paid a staggering $25 for each “stain” as it was “not possible” to remove with a standard cleaning. None of those spots were completely removed and one looks worse than it started. It is for these reasons we have committed not to use Zerorez in the future.

It’s an expensive wet vacuum, not a true stain cleaning.
No stains ever come out (small coffee spots, for instance) unless the tech is asked to see what they can do (without having to pay extra for other chemicals to be applied), and, even then, there’s often no result.

Had my carpets cleaned yesterday (4/12). Had the traffic areas cleaned and see very little difference after service was done. Your process of the special water and leaving no residue is great, but you have to be able to get the dirt out of carpets. I went to a lot of work moving furniture to allow for the traffic areas to be cleaned and feel now that I wasted my time. I did send pictures in an email and would like for someone to come and see the carpeting to let me know if anything can be done or have my money refunded.
