I have never had such a pleasant experience. Eric is awesome. Great job on the carpet and area rugs. At the last moment I asked if he could do our granite counter tops. He said no problem and even volunteered to help clearing the counter tops. He KNOWS what he is doing and very knowledge. First 10 I have ever given. I highly recommend Eric and this company. They are in my list of GO to companies and my list is not long..
Very disappointed with the results. Had to have them come back and redo some areas. I have used them in the past with great results… but not this time. Our carpet is only one years old and not dirty at all, mostly traffic areas. Don’t think I will use them again. Also charged us for an oversized bedroom, which still had all the furniture in it, not happy about that, when the living room was less than 200 sq ft.
Does an excellent job of cleaning my carpets
Your employees were nice guys but, they were sloppy & careless. Not the "Professionals" I expected from Zerorez. Eventhough the cost was Substantially Higher, I chose to use your service over Stanley Steemer because years ago, I'd used Zerorez to clean my carpet, and at the time, I was impressed w/ the quality of work. Based on this experience, I will Not be having anything else cleaned by Zerorez in the future. You charge a Premium Price so, I expect a Premium Service. That Wasn't what I got! I was Not impressed by your technicians lack of quality in the work & service provided. I was thoroughly disappointed by their lack of Any attempt to clean up afterward... debris was left on furniture & the floor, and a fine dust(dirt), was left on the walls & ceiling near the air ducts because they didn't make sure there was a tight seal each time they moved from vent to vent, around the house. Also, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY that a little, 4" "whip" at the end of the air hose, and the limited air pressure used, is very effective at all in cleaning the ducts effectively or completely!
As far as add-on services??? After All This, Why Would I Pay You ANY More Money To Do (or Not Do), Anything Else? Nope, Not Happening!!!
Honestly, I SHOULD HAVE CANCELED the service COMPLETELY as soon as one of the technicians said he wanted to "cut a hole in my air handler"... "because it would ensure the best suction".

No chemicals an cleans great
Nice polite technician. We had an area rug cleaned, and the edges curled a bit, and center rippled. Too much water? It is cleaner and looks refreshed,but a bit of a tripping hazard.

Paul, the tech you sent out did an absolutely wonderful job and was able to get the main traffic area clean. You're very lucky to have Paul as he knows what he's doing and very professional.
On time friendly and really applied care to the job
The service from start to finish was fantastic. The carpet came out beautiful - very clean. All the spots I didn’t expect to come out, did. I intend to use them exclusively to continue to keep my carpets clean.
The carpet on the stairs was very very wet compared to the other rooms that were treated. Once the stairs finally dried, the carpet was crunchy and now a week later it’s completely matted down and looks worse than before we attempted to have it clean. We did call back and accept the offer of a free session on the stairs but I requested a new technician. However, the same technician showed up so we canceled it all and do not wish to use Zerorez again.

Jacob did a great job on our carpets. Need to change your policy on cash payments so customers can overpay WITH CASH ONLY your fees and include tips for the service.
Technicians were great!
Punctual and completed the work as needed. They went to town on a very dirty section of tile, calling in reinforcements (machines and people) and got it done well. Carpet portions look good too.
