The ease at making an appointment was great. We also knew exactly what we were going to pay before our visit. The technician (Blake) explained everything he was going to do and was very receptive on us accepting our rejecting additional services. The work was done, thoroughly and efficiently. Thank you.

I like that no soaps are used on my carpets. My carpet looked brand new after Louis was done cleaning. I would never use anyone but Zerorez.

costomer service is awful, they tell you that you are scheduled front 8 to 10, and actually show up after 10. You would think, a company that big with a large communication department could update you on more precise timing on when their crew will be on site. But they would rather you waste your time waiting for them. Very poor communications. Also, if you are going to charge a disposal fee, why isn't it included in the "special" price. they want you to think.you are getting a deal, but you are not, it is the price of having another room cleaned compared to other cleaners. they need to change their misleading practices

I loved that I could book you through my phone without speaking to anyone. I was slammed at work when I remembered I needed to get my carpets done. While on a work call I was able to book an appointment without needing to speak to anyone. Zerorez confirmed my appointment and gave me helpful instructions through text messages. So easy and fast! The quality of the cleaning was fantastic and the man who came to help was friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone.

The latest appointments had timely arrival with a 30 minute call ahead which is VERY respectful of my time. The tech did a great job, and suggested some methods to take care of stubborn stains (my daughter had barfed in the middle of the floor). Undetectable after drying. thank you,

No disappointment from Ryan, the technician, in fact over the last five years and and 10+ times I've had zerorez out, Ryan has been by far the best person. I've had technicians not use the lifter to get out the cat hair, even when I have asked, and I get the response, "I don't have it on the truck." To my response in my mind, "Why didn't you come prepared?" To technicians not asking if they should use the lifter when I told them I had a cat, to technicians telling me outright no, "We don't use the lifter on area rugs." Well, on Monday, Ryan used the lifter on my area rugs and it was wonderful.
So would I have Ryan back and tell others yes, but only if you can get Ryan. The inconsistency and even downright telling me no by technicians is what is causing me pause in recommending zerorez to others. One more thing, I've asked the office to make sure the technician comes with the lifter, and still no lifter. I've come to the point where if the technician doesn't have a lifter and/or doesn't want to use it, then turn around and go back to the office. I have enough instances I've been disappointed.
My technicians were professional and I was comfortable with them in my home. They worked hard!

Rate that was offered was not accurate. Carpet is crunchy and stains weren't fully removed. I have used you all many times, but I think this will be the last time, I shouldn't have to call to get things retreated when I have spend the amount of money I have with you.
We have used Zerores before and were very pleased with carpet cleaning. Our current service person, Ezekial, was very courteous and did an excellent job.
