Carpet and upholstery always looks great. I use their water daily for cleanup. The people are always very nice too.
The service technician was wonderful! Took his time in caring for each specific fabric he was cleaning. His work was great and I was very satisfied in the end.

Your method always does a great job on the carpets! There is little to no residue left, but the carpets are clean. Your team is professional and able to do the job in an efficient manner.
P I am very disappointed that the worker did not do very good on the tile floors or the garage floor. Left marks left dirt left lotta water in the carpets. I have had Zerorez before and the carpets have not been wet for 12 hours or more. Plus he chipped the door jam going into the master bathroom. The master bathroom tile was not clean very well at all. The other bathroom seems to be OK.
I don’t think that zerorez would be happy with the
Outcome of the workers job. I don’t think I should have to pay a complete price for this for quality of some of the work. I am not trying to get out of pain. I just want good quality. I have had Zerorez before and been quite satisfied. Sorry to have to send in a negative report on some of the work thank you for asking.

Our tech, Josh was fantastic, and carpets are looking good. My only teeny complaint is that it took a long time for them to dry, and a resulting unpleasant smell during that time period. Seems like the vacuums need to extract more solution than they were able.
I have used your company twice now for carpet cleaning and have been very happy with the work both times.
Duct cleaning went well but the workers only had a dust pan and broom to clean up afterwards. Lots of dust and paint flecks left on carpets that a broom can’t touch. Get these guys a cordless vacuum cleaner!

The carpet cleaning was good but what I'm most disappointed in is we were told that if our rug was taken away to get cleaned it would be back in a week. Our service associate told us that Zerorez now does all their rugs in house so the cleaning time take a week. He said Zerorez used to outsource their rugs to be cleaned and it used to take 4-5 weeks. If I would have known that it was 4-5 weeks to clean our rug I would never of bought the service. We need that rug back.
