I have tried really hard to like Zerorez since I like the idea of no chemicals. The problem we have with Zerorez is we have had to have them come back a second time TWICE. (the first time we used them and again this time)
The techs were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Offered to spray the bad spots and high traffic areas and a coffee stain. ( We weren't expecting miracles with those spots) They were told we had experienced a major catastrophe, with our ceiling falling in, with drywall and insulation three feet deep on the carpet. (which we cleaned up completely) That the carpet probably had insulation etc. deep in the fibers.
They spent time on pretreating but when it came time to actually using the machine to clean the carpet it was very minimal time. ( I spent more time deep vacuuming the carpet before they came then they did to use the machine to clean) They ran the machine over most of the carpet ONCE with extra swipes on the pretreated area. When the carpet was still wet it look pretty good. Once the carpet had dried there were streaks of dirt lines in several area. We called them and they came out AGAIN. The tech saw the streaks and spent exactly 11 mins with the machine to reclean the carpet. After the carpet dried again, it still looked splotchy so I took a white wet paper towel and rubbed some of the areas and the white paper towel was not so white anymore. Very disappointed and will not be using or recommending Zerorez in the future.

Be prepared, also your guys have different ways for calculating cost. The first guy was very thoughtful, and careful. Can't say the same for second guy.

I forgot my technician’s name. However he was very friendly and took the time to outline what he was going to do. When finished he showed me the work completed and wanted to know if his work was satisfactory ( it was).

We use Zerores for all of our carpets and tiles.

When the technician left the carpets were wet and had a distinct wet carpet odor. This has not been the case in past cleanings with your company. I believed when they dried they would lose this odor. They did not. I vacuumed several times thinking that would help but no change. The odor is most unpleasant like they were cleaned with dirty water. I will call you tomorrow to see if there is a solution to this problem. The recent rain bringing humidity has made it worse. I've used your company for several years and this has never happened. I'm concerned as to why it has now. Thank you for your time.

Your service is AMAZING! It starts with the excellent training you provide to your staff. When you have someone that can explain your products, the process, as well as then clean to an excellent standard, you have a WIN WIN situation!

When the staff comes to your house, they look over the carpet closely and discuss any problem areas and what they can do as well as what to be expected. We requested Mario as he had cleaned our rental home and the carpets and tile were a disaster. When he finished, it looked almost brand new! He came to our home and discussed the problems we had with our carpet, recommended putting a protectorant on the carpet after cleaning and our carpets look absolutely

Excellent service. Quick response. Timely arrival to both the estimate and cleaning service. The cleaning g results were much better than expected on the 20 year old carpet. Both the estimator and service peers on were friendly, professional. & efficient.

I had one specific part I wanted cleaned with the high traffic machine . I mentioned at least a couple of times to tech.
Tech was much more interested in air vent up sale than cleaning said spot.
The carpet overall feels much stiffer and not as soft as after my last service.
I will not return to Zerorez for future services.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve used ZeroRez. I love how easy it is to schedule with them, the quality of the products they use (which is safe for my pet) and how professional their providers consistently are. Mikhail let me know when he was arriving, arrived on time & made sure we were clear on the plan and the pricing. He did an amazing job & my carpet was dry by morning. ZeroRez is my ‘goto’ for carpet cleaning every time!
