I had an outstanding experience with my service and tech team—definitely a perfect 10! The technician contacted me ahead of the scheduled time, communicated the expected arrival time, and was punctual. The cleaning on the stairs was exceptional, something I’ve never experienced with past services. Additionally, the technician went above and beyond by cleaning up water left on the kitchen floor after the hose was removed, which was a nice surprise. The team was polite, professional, and clearly dedicated to their work. I will highly recommend this service to family and friends!
My dirty carpets were very clean after Zerorez cleaned them. I thought the price was reasonable.

Very clean carpets! Techs are usually very good and often come early.
Technician was on time and I liked that there wasn’t a chemical smell post cleaning. I have a couple spots I wasn’t super happy about in one of the rooms and they sent someone back out quickly to fix it which was much appreciated!

My scheduled carpet cleaning event met/exceeded my expectations...Mario Meredith & his co-worker did an A+ job for this task/job... their work routine/activity was professional, coordinated,
zero wasted motion...Mario, as the *lead technician was proficient, skilled & polite answering my
inquires on the cleaning process, outcomes, preventative measures etc. The additional challenge of extending their service equipment upstairs to my unit was not a hindrance or frustration to the over-all satisfactory outcome of this project...I look forward to future appointments w/this company....kudos!
