Technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
I have been cleaning the spots that didn’t get clean and have them much cleaner.
The guy worked hard and long on my furniture and was very pleasant, but didn’t work on any one place more than another that I saw or had the wrong cleaners.
I feel the waterproofing put on with a cloth and only a bit of liquid won’t hold up.
The person I talked to when I set up the cleaning was very nice and tried to understand the type of fabric I had, but I didn’t know either.
Unfortunately it is what it is.
I won’t recommend you, but I also won’t criticize your job to anyone.
Maybe my furniture is just old.
Less water and a deeper clean.
The technicians were amazing. The lead technician asked exactly what I wanted and then exceeded my expectations. Clearly he was very knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. Both technicians worked hard to get my carpet looking awesome, even with several spots that I thought would never come out. I will come back the next time I need a carpet cleaning.

The service was great. I was unhappy with how you advertise your pricing. You say three rooms for a certain fixed price. Then, you add on another price with the excuse that you have overhead. Every business has overhead, and they pay it out of the quoted price. It's a slippery, almost dishonest tactic, and many potential customers will be sensitive to the practice.
First, I was soooo impressed that ZeroRez was able to get to my 'job' as soon as they did. Second, the team of Mike and MeCayl were so attentive and efficient that it made me smile. Third, Mike shared with me some of the other, additional services that ZeroRez provides that I ended up having more work done!!

Zerorez is always efficient and they do a good job. My old carpets look great. I've used them for years.
the floors look very good except for a few areas where the grout still looks darker (dirty). Otherwise it is a big improvement. The corners on the walls got marked up a bit...may I send you photos?
Our recent visit was a good one, our cleaner Eric was professional and did a great job at explaining the process. We were bummed at the original cancellation from Zero Rez on 5/31 for the fact that we had moved our furniture, cleaned, and got our children out of the house for the day, only to receive a cancellation an hour before the scheduled time. Eric was able to give us a discount which was appreciated. The carpets look much better, I did notice there is a mark where he cleaned the urine spots, not sure if that can be prevented.
