We have one room of carpet left. The $100 minimum made it quite expensive.

We were referred by a friend who said that her carpets came out amazingly clean! We decided to give Zerorez a try, and we're hooked. Sadly, we had a dog that passed, so we wanted to clean the areas where she spent a lot of time, and those areas were the stair landing and the loft. They looked pretty bad, and we told Enrique to just do his best because we didn't expect miracles. Well, the stairs, the landing, and the loft look fantastic! We have flagstone floors, which need your help, so those will be next. Thank you, Zerorez!

It’s hard to deal with needing only one room cleaned and being required to pay $100. I was in a time crunch or I’d have made arrangements for a price that was more in alignment with the size of the task. The tech literally told me it would take him longer to take the equipment out of his truck than to do the work. I guess that’s the price I paid for convenience.
The gentleman that came talked A LOT Which was a little uncomfortable but also it took him only maybe 20mins to do our stairs and after they dried they were a little better but we realized they were still dirty and etc . Super disappointed.
