On time, professional, listens to my concerns, friendly

The last cleaning I had was absolutely horrible. The technician forgot to clean a room. I had to ask him to clean it before he left and he had a very visible attitude about it. The carpets were also crunchy and didn’t seem wet at all. I’ve purposely used your company because the carpets are left with a crunchy feeling after cleaning. I will not be using ZeroRez again.

I can't help feel that ZeroRez nickle and dimes their customers. I added grout and tile cleaning for the first time and I was definitely disappointed in the results

Tech had problems with equipment and my carpets are crinkly. Make a small noise when I walk on them
a bit more effort on the tough spots from them would have been much better as it is i had to work on them myself
Our floors look 110% better after your technician cleaned and wax our floor to the community room laundry room and bathrooms, I would recommend your company.
