Ron was on time, took time to get to know the dogs, asked if I needed extra products AND did a great job. Days later, the carpets still look great. Excellent job
Rugs look almost new again and actually feel less matted when I walk on them in bare feet. Isaac was very nice and explained the process and products with no pressure to buy. I appreciated his professionalism. We are very pleased and will definitely use the service when needed again.

I have never felt pressured by a tech to upgrade but I was managing over the phone with a tenant there and I felt that I was being upsold and did not have the ability to see what was happening and with that conversation happening in front of my tenant I felt pressured to do what was suggested. I ended up spending like twice as much as what I planned and just did not appreciate the outcome. And I did hear that the carpet still had stains. We are faithful zerorez customers both in AZ and CA and have never been disappointed before.
Zerorez did a great job cleaning out my air ducts. They explained what they were doing and what they found.
Quality products and service
I have used Zerores for carpet and rug cleaning for over 20 years. The carpets are cleaned but not water saturated and dry fairly quickly. This time, I had them clean the grout on my kitchen counter and was amazed at the difference. Great job as always!

paint chipped near ceiling vent, air intake grate has a bent blade now, lines and hoses rubbed against walls, entire house needed to be deep cleaned due to residue and dust not picked up by your vacuum.

our area rugs were definately in need of cleaning - they look great now.. T was efficient and left the area in great condition.
