Great customer service and results
The tiling grout joints were not very clean

I believe Zerorez is engaging in dishonest practices, ie. SCAM. The technician spent more time complaining about the job than actually completing it, the work took only about 15 minutes, yet we were charged an extra $60. This was after we had already driven 20 miles out of our way and prepared the RV for the service. I WAS ALSO SCOLDED THAT THE RV WAS NOT COOLED AND READY FOR A TECH TO CONDUCT WORK.
When I called your contact number to address the issue, the only response I received was, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” I have used Zerorez for multiple homes in the past, but after this experience, I will never use your services again. I will actively share my experience with others to warn them about the practices your technicians are running under your name.
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Miguel at Tech! He cleaned our carpets and dining chairs, and the results were beyond amazing. From the moment he arrived, Miguel impressed us with his outstanding manners, professionalism, and genuine care for his work.
He took the time to explain the process, made sure everything was done with attention to detail, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Our carpets look brand new, and our dining chairs haven’t looked this fresh since the day we bought them!
Customer service like this is rare these days—Miguel’s kindness, skill, and work ethic truly set him apart. We highly recommend him and will absolutely be calling Tech again in the future.

I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble so I didn’t call. Didn’t follow them around because I didn’t think I needed to. Bedroom is on second floor with vent above my bed. Got in bed that night and whole bed covered in dirt and small rocks. Whole house covered in dust and dirt. I don’t believe any vents were covered securely. Very very disappointed with your service especially with the price we paid

The frustrating part was that booking asked me the number of units that I had, but when the gentlemen arrived, I was told I had to pay extra for extra zones (this was NOT a question on the website) and then I also had to pay extra for dryer cleaning, which on the website seemed like it was part of the whole house duct cleaning, and only extra if you were ONLY doing the dryer vents. Probably will not use ZEROREZ again for hidden costs. It was almost 2X what I had originally budgeted for the service.
