Easy & speedy appointments. Good price points, but added a couple items to my bill as recommended by Luis. Removed something out of my carpet that I really had no hope would come out! Luis was professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I mentioned that I needed to have carpet stretched after they dried & he recommended someone. No offense but I hope you did such a magnificent job that I won't need your services (for carpet, at least) for a VERY long time! :)

The entire process was easy start to finish. Scheduling online was simple and I was able to schedule for the next day. The service was 5stars. Very professional and he took time to answer all my questions. The results were also 5 stars, all the staining was removed and the item look brand new again.

Zerorez did a great job at our office here in Phoenix. They had cleaned our Chandler location as well first , so it was a no brainer to have them back for our other location . Michael was here on time & did a fantastic job all on his own . Serrano Orthodontics gives them the thumbs up !
Techs were great...professional, hard-working.
It was fast and easy, carpet was super clean and not stiff like other services, the tech was super helpful and very upfront which made it really easy to make decisions about what steps needed to be taken, and most of off he was not pushy about the added services and what he felt needed to be done. He gave me options and left the decisions to me.

Every tech that has been here to clean my carpets are very well informed on the cleaning process. The product is impressive. I recommend getting some of the zerorez water to clean with. It miraculously cleans all of the dog stuff off my walls leaving no trace.
