Zerorez truly exceeded my expectations. I had a 20 yr old carpet that has not been cleaned in 5 years and heavily soiled. The stairs in particular. Joseph, my cleaning tech and I discussed the carpet before he started. I told him I am a realist and for him to just do the best he could.
About midway thru, Joseph called me up to come see the difference between half a room that was cleaned and half that was not. At that point, I knew this was going to turn out much better than I had ever anticipated.
When Joseph finished, the carpet, the bedrooms, hallways, stairs and landings looked amazing! The cleaning brought back not only the color but the cushiony feel too. We have a lot more years ahead of us with this carpet and I credit this to Zerorez. I realize this may sound like an add for your company, but I sincerely mean it and appreciate the service.

Michelle did an awesome job on my carpet. Very personable, explained the process clearly, answered my questions, and made sure all was well prior to her departure. I'll ask for her again.
Tech arrived promptly and explained clearly what was going to happen. Cody offered some advice and alternatives without being overly pushy. Final results are very satisfactory. Will check again about tile and grout cleaning.

Michelle was my technician and she was very lovely, a very hard worker. I had my whole house done. I have ceramic tile flooring, and carpet. I also had her clean my shower and she sealed my flooring since it had never been sealed before I highly recommend Zerorez for any jobs you may need done around your home.
I like the fact that you do not use chemicals when you clean the floors. And it is true that my carpets do not feel or sound crispy when I walk on them after they are cleaned! I’m sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who did the cleaning, but he was very courteous and he was very knowledgeable about the product and what he was doing, and he answered all my questions. My new area carpet, which was cleaned for the first time, lifted and curled on the edges. I was told it would go back to normal once it dried. It never did. Not happy at all about it!
