We had our tile floors cleaned by Zerorez, especially the grout which had gotten dirty and discolored over time. Wow!!! What a difference it made. Our floors look like brand new.
Ezekiel was very professional and explained things thoroughly before starting.
The cost saving was significant compared to a grout company that gave us a bid.
I have also used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and think they are the best because of the high alkaline water used.
Highly recommend overall.

We originally wanted our tile cleaned throughout the house but added the dryer vent cleaned also. The dryer vent guy came out first and charged $150
I didn’t remember about your $99 promotion until the tile cleaner guy came over. I mentioned it to him and he said it was too late. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially after I gave both guys a good tip.

The carpets and an area rug were cleaned to perfection. I like that it all dried fairly quickly. My service person, Shane, was friendly and informative about the cleaning. All in all, it was a very good experience, as usual!!

On time, personable technician, quick cleaning. The only problem is the length of time it takes to Dry.

Blake was great. He did forget about the throw pillows, but what he did to clean the couch was amazing. And, his cat is very cute! We had a good time sharing pics of our fur babies!
