Carpet looks great!
The technician did his best to eliminate the odor problem. Unfortunately it did not work. I am having the carpet removed and replaced with tile. I still have two rooms that are ok. His efforts worked pretty good in those rooms for now.
Love how clean the carpet looks. Have booked before and will again soon!

When corporate removes the "tip" designation on the final bill, I might revise my use of your services.
The technician was terrific in all ways, but asking whether or not we want to tip is not professional and this business tactic has lost me as a client.

Service tech Sean was very nice & did everything we expected except much of our carpet is still not dry almost 48 hours after it was cleaned even with fans on throughout the house all weekend. We are worried about how that will impact the carpet & padding long term. Most of the carpet was still soaking wet on Saturday morning so I called your office yesterday morning to ask about it. A very nice CSR scheduled a service call for tomorrow morning to check everything. Our carpet is thick, so we understand some extra dry time might be necessary, but the estimated 4-8 hours wasn't accurate at all & still wet after almost 48 hours has us extremely concerned.
