Tamari was pleasant and efficient. We also appreciated the discount to offset the damage to the floor board that was damaged at ZeroRez, last November. Thank you for providing a product which doesn't include soaps.

I've used Zerores for a few years now, both in my own home and in my mother's house. They did wonders with an antique Turkish rug my folks picked up in Turkey over 40 years ago; it looked new when I got it back! I just had them here again, and my home office carpet was in a miserable state. It looks great now!! Luis was fast and thorough, paid attention to our requests, and was so pleasant to work with. I will always come back to Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs. I also recommend them to anyone who says they are looking for someone good!

I like that you do not use harsh chemicals. This time I had chairs done but I’ve had the carpet done and it doesn’t get all hard and crunchy.
