Prompt, thorough and completely clean!
Carpets look terrible. Parts of my husband‘s office don’t look like they were even touched. I’d pulled some furnishings out so that the technician could clean behind them with the understanding that I would put them back in place and he could finish the job, and he packed up without telling me so there are spots in the middle of the room that were untouched.

I like that you used to have a roller or rake type thing for the carpet but the tech said it broke so he didn’t use it so parts of the carpet felt crunchy. Also, it was my first time using your tile service in my walk in shower and the walls weren’t cleaned??? I wasn’t happy this time.

I was very dissapointed in my technician and his attitude towards my no shoes request in house ,i understood no shoes while cleaning carperts due to fall hazard but this is not my first time using zero rez and all the other techs had no issue and was very nice no attitude when i asked no shoes they put everything near the front door before starting to minamize in and out with shoes this guy acted like who cares and stomped in and out multiple times and even put a hole in wall on stairs and never said a word to me about it ! WOW I have to say ill probobly never use them again or refer to any one .
Very efficient and friendly
I decided to add on the 4 exhaust vents in my house to the job with the expectation that the dust on the blades and in the housing would be cleaned. When actually the only things cleaned was exterior of the housing and the transformer. That was $240.00 that I should not have spent. Extremely disappointed and will not make that mistake again.
On the cleaning of our carpeted stairs the gentleman was agitated that the team that did the AC system vent cleaning did not clean the carpets while they were here. Unfortunately, we received more excuses than performance on the carpet cleaning. The lower stairs were cleaned while the upper stair section is still dirty. I guess it's time to pull out the Woolite and clean it myself.
Finally, with the amount I was charged I was rather surprised that your POS system actually contained a tip screen. My tip would be that field reps focus more on the job instead of excuses to cover their performance.

They really clean the floor without mess
They tried to charge us extra to clean our closet carpet. We never paid anything extra to clean the carpet in any of our closets before. I refused to pay for it and at the end they clean the closets without us paying anything extra.
