Service and quality were great.

We had a few pet stains. The night after we had the carpet cleaned we noticed that their were still many urine spots that did not come up. That was unfortunate.

You guys are The Best! Luis cleaned all of my floors and carpeting throughout my house and cleaned my living room furniture. Everything looks spectacular! My floors have never looked and felt this good. My feet thank you! Luis is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. This was my first time using Zerorez, and will definitely be a loyal customer. I also had you guys do my air ducts, and that was awesome too. Thanks for everything!

I just want to say that the gentleman that you sent out here to do our hallway floors in our storage facility, did a great job. He was on time at 5 AM, friendly and did the job great and in a timely manner. I was told it would take 4 hours. He did it in 1 hour and 50 minutes. He got the job done before our facility gates opened. The floors look wonderful. If we need your services again I will definitely call you.

Send more than one person to clean.It took him so long.

Originally we’re supposed to be there between 8 and 10. I had to reach out at 10 because I hadn’t heard anything. Then told me it would be at 11. Then called again and said 12 for sure. Then the tech called me around 1230 and ended up showing up around 130. The reason both reps gave was he got held up on another job that was supposed to be just a quote but ending up actually getting service done. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. What is the point of having an appointment. I would like a refund. I will not be using zerorez again after this experience. There are too many other companies and I don’t believe they’d handle things the same way.

I like that you are not pouring soap into my carpet, where it will attract everything in the environment into my carpet. My carpet will be cleaner longer because of Zerorez .

I have used Zerorez exclusively for the past few years, to clean my carpets. With my most recent experience with Zerorez I have come to realize that you really don't know a company well, until you have had to complain and learn what real customer service is. I went from very unhappy with results and cost, to 100% satisfied. They listened to what I said, researched things on their end, and returned within a day to make things right. I will continue to use them because it seems to me that they truly care about their customers. Thank you Zerorez, for a job well done.

Your Tech was great. He was very detail oriented, and he made our 23-year-old carpet look new again. The tile also looks great.
