Your staff member, Livingston is always professional and does a great job each time he comes to our home. Brian the carpet tech was awesome! Did a very thorough job with a great attitude! The stain removal products worked great and our carpets look like new! The carpet looks great and our tile floors look great would definitely recommend Zerorez to others but unfortunately the cat urine smell is coming back. There were no guarantees on the smell which I totally understood because I chose not to peel back the carpet, I was just hoping for a miracle.
Sam arrived on time, was very efficient and did a great job cleaning our carpets. We look forward to having him back in the future.

no chemicals, no strong odors afterwards .For people with allergies, it's a blessing!!!!. i Technician had to came back to re-do the closet space. Carpet looks good now.

If a few spots aren't completely cleaned we like that we can ontact Zerorez and ask for a return visit, and a tech will return and clean the troublesome area.

Jose did a great job. He was very easy to work with. The carpet got a lot lighter and much cleaner.
Robert is amazing! He always goes above & beyond. I knew that we had some chips in the marble floor, but it ever occurred to me to ask him to fix them. He pointed the chips out to me, and said that he could make the repairs. Every time he comes I always ask him to do things that I had forgotten when I made the appointment. I probably need to ask for extra time next time I make an appt. This time he cleaned my dining room chairs, which are off-white and very much in need of cleaning. They are like new! I love the results of the carpet cleaning, and how clean the marble floors are after Robert has been here. My house cleaner also appreciates it, because the floors seem to stay cleaner longer. The kitchen gets a lot of wear & tear due to our love of entertaining. I had the granite counter tops cleaned last year, and they still look great! And I feel safer because they were sealed after the bacteria was removed. I've been using ZeroRez since I lived in the Seattle area, and I was delighted that you are also here in CA! I'll never use any other carpet or floor cleaning service.
I was told by Jose Mijares, the technician who came to clean our carpet that the best price he could give was $299 for the rooms mentioned and he repeated it a few times. I asked if that included an after wash treatment against stains, he said no and that would cost a total of $350 for everything including the treament after the carpet was cleaned for all the areas. I asked if he could check with the office if maybe they can do better with the price. He called and came back with a price of $350 for just cleaning the same rooms. I said what happenend to the original estimate you gave me, he said that was "his" best price, but since I made him call the office, the price went up. I said I didn't understand and he said he wouldn't continue the discussion with me- I either wanted the cleaning or not. So I asked well how much is it with the treatment he said $484. So I said well just clean for the original estimate of $299 with no treatment like he originally said. He then said he never gave me that price estimate. He lied. He said I either clean if I want to clean for $350 or he leaves. I said Bye Bye. I called the office and spoke to Gloria who said that Jose told her he never gave me that estimate. Liar. He is not to be trusted and maybe Gloria should not be trusted as well. You have a major problem in your Reseda store. I want a future cleaning for all the same areas I got cleaned last weeek for $299.00 that I can use anytime, in writing. Can you stand behind your estimators/technicians?
Customer service is superb and excellent job in cleaning my carpet. I've used Zerorez before and would not use any other type of cleaning service for carpets.
