It does what is says it will do
Did great job, explained everything, left no messes. We love the results and wish we had called sooner!
Very professional overall. We appreciated the email telling us about the Zerorez on the truck, and what the service person would be wearing. We have used Zerorez twice now and both times the men who cleaned for us were very personable, respectful and did great jobs!

I think the price that we ended up paying (over $700), which was more than the quote, was excessive. We have 1 area rug (8' x 10') and 4 bedrooms with carpet; the rest of the house is tile. The bedrooms are less than 150 sq. ft. each and 75% of them are taken up by furniture and pedestal beds that cannot be moved or cleaned under. The actual area that was cleaned was very small. The carpet is new - this is the first time it has been cleaned and there were no spots or stains that required treating or removal.
I just don't see the value for what we spent.
The technician was very friendly, professional and courteous. The system does a great job without and residue!
You stand behind your work. Many companies don't. We appreciate that about Zerorez.

Your techs always do a great job on the carpets. BUT, we tried the wood floor buffing Tuesday. What a complete waste of our money. It shows no sign of any improvement, no more shine, no more cleanliness, no more anything. As a long term client of yours, we will continue having the carpets done, but never again for the wood floors. allan Last name removed

although your cleaning was adequate, it did not meet my expectations
Get my carpets clean. The carpet is a year old. I have pets, so on the recommendation of my designer and carpet layer, I purchased a commercial grade carpet that I was assured would resist pet stains and used the product they recommended for pet accidents. They both assured me that Zerorez could get anything and everything out of this carpet. However, the carpet does not resist pet stains and Sam said that the product I was using to treat the pet accidents should not have been used. One room that was very soiled is much better, but one room that was lightly soiled has darker areas where it was treated for stains. Some dirty areas, especially where the dogs lay on the carpet, did not come clean. Sam said these areas were like an extremely dirty shirt that did not come clean when washed. There was an area in front of the fireplace also where there is still a different color. Maybe my expectations were too high and/or this is not good carpet, but I am disappointed in both Zerorez and the carpet. I used Zerorez on my previous carpet and was extremely pleased then.
....when calling the company a 'live body' answers the phone!....reminder contact ahead of time.....phone call 20 minutes before arrival....arrival on time...very pleasant and conscientious employee.....very pleased with the results....THANK YOU...
From my perspective attention to the little details shows professionalism and respect. When a tech is tired and hungry on the job he cannot work to the best of his ability. It should not be me saying this.
Love the excellent customer service, attention to detail and wonderful amazing clean I get after ZeroRez leaves. No complaints whatsoever, and I recommend them to everyone I know who needs to get carpets, floors or upholstery cleaned.
