You are prompt, professional, and the quality of work is excellent. I had stains over a year old and they all came out.
cost is a little high
I like the concept of not introducing soap or detergent to my carpets. I do believe that the residue can attract dirt and how many times have I heard my friends say, "My carpets never looked so dirty as after I started cleaning them." This was before zerorez existed or before they started using zerorez.
They call when they are headed for your appt. so you have an even more pinpointed idea of when they are arriving. They are efficient and communicate well, letting you know what they are going to do first and then how they'll proceed after, but dont waste your time being chatty. They come prepared with everything they need, so you aren't having to provide any items. They leave booties so you can protect the cleaning and your socks until its dry. The carpet looks great and is dry enough in 24 hours to put furniture back in place... Often sooner, but I'm one to really make sure it's dry. That was probably my biggest complaint about other companies... How wet the carpet would be for days afterwards. I am a huge zerorez fan!

I like your method of cleaning, the man who came to clean, the up-front prices, the way you kept me informed re when you were going to arrive the results. My carpets came out great.
Closet was not cleaned. It's in the master bedroom.Called Roxanne who promised Marcel will come back "when he is in the area" Their office is not more than 5 miles from my house, and 2 stains are coming back. today it's been 7 days since the carpet was cleaned.
Wow, the carpets look great and they were not sopping wet, dried quickly. The technician was very careful of my walls, wood floors and furniture. Very polite and professional. He did a great job and I would definitely have him back again when I need my carpets cleaned.
I have not yet received a copy of my invoice for my cleaning which was done on 9-14-13.
The tech told me my rugs would be returned within 5 business days - they weren't. The call center said that this type of work takes 5-10 business days - it would have been nice to know this from the start. Although, my rugs would've been ready on the 6th business day the person who schedules deliveries was out of the office. The call center told me the deliver scheduler would call me the next business day - she didn't. I find it unacceptable that a job halts because someone is out-of-the-office AND then fails to follow-up when she's back.
It works. This is the third cleaning we have had. All of the techs are hard workers.
The cleaning of my white couch turned out very good and it wasn't supper damp after being cleaned.
The floors really got clean and spots removed. Plus I love not using chemicals!
My carpets look almost like new and they stay cleaner longer.
