I asked the technician to show me a sample of how he could clean the grout in my bathroom for a future service. As a result he etched my travertine floor. Now I have dull marks around the area he cleaned. In addition, after the carpet was dry we began moving the furniture back in the room and noticed several areas where the color in the carpet had been taken out. This is the second time I've had Zerorez clean my living-room carpet. The first time I asked him to clean my flagstone dining room floor as well. In the process the entire finish on the floor melted off and my flag stone is dull and rough. I let it go last time but after this second round, I'm really upset.

Carpets in hallways and in my unit look good. I am disappointed that there are water spots on my hardwood floor that I have not been able to remove yet.

John Mijaries did an excellent job. I have used Zerorez many times here and also in our house in Arizona and have always been satisfied but John's work has surpassed all the others.
