Excellent results, especially in some recurring trouble areas. Also loved that Zerorez can be done on my area rug right over my wood floor. Appreciated not being talked into services that would not be necessary in our circumstance.
I was very pleased with the work that was done in the rooms that I wanted the carpets cleaned.
After a few days I noticed some spots that was due to either a drink that was spilled or some food
that had dropped and left a stain. Since it is in a place that is between a table and a favorite
chair, it is not so noticeable. I can live with it for the moment. Next time I will point it out.
The serviceman was patient, explained the process and made recommendations. The cleaning was done quickly and the results are excellent.
The service man was great. Friendly and professional. And the carpet dried quickly.

I know my carpet is actually clean. Spots do not return. I also love you spot removal powder.
One of our room's carpet was still dirty after he cleaned it, and left. While it was wet, I went ahead and hand cleaned it with woolite carpet cleaner and a soft towel. Most of the stains came out. The carpet cleaner should have some kind of soft scrubber to get the dirtier areas on carpets out, then steam clean it after.

This is my first time using Zerorez (after listening to Bill Handel talk about it for YEARS!). So far, the claim that old spots don't reappear seems to be accurate. This was always very annoying after other services.
Spots on carpet are already coming back and its only been 4 days. Zerorez has been good in the past, but not this time.
