The stains return after ONE WEEK and that is soooo frustrating!! For the amount charged, the results are the same as less expensive steam cleaners (we got bids but decided on Zerorez). Positive: Zerorez techs are really nice guys, friendly and professional. Negative: We had to chase down calls to your company as our messages were NEVER returned and in my last few interactions the young (young-sounding - don't know their ages for sure) girls, they claimed they left messages (my Verizon statement proves otherwise) and when we finally did speak, the arrogance & subsequent rudeness, was astounding. Last time I checked, it's the sales/paying customers that drive revenue. We are happy to share great news, resources, vendors, services, but we wouldn't want our many friends and neighbors to have the same issues so it would be hard to recommend your company.
You left streak marks on my carpet. My carpet looks worse than it did before you came. I would like you to come back out and re-due the areas that were streaked by your steam cleaning or refund part of the almost $500 you charged to clean it. I have had my carpet cleaned by a dry carpet method and it was very acceptable I am regretting using your company. I heard your advertisement over the radio and thought I'd give you a try. Send someone with a better attitude. I did not like his first impression attitude and while the truth needs to be told it can be done in a better "light". I realize he didn't want to over promise but it turned me off. I think he should of told me more detail about how "non residue " is still a good option even though I have nylon carpet.

You actually got my living room furniture clean! I had laundered the cushion covers myself so you could see how dirty the 20 year old sectional was. You cleaned it so well I can't see the difference any more. I am truly amazed and very satisfied. So much so that I made another appointment to clean my dining room chairs. I hope you send the same tech ( Dennis) as he was very curteous and patient with my scrutiny of his work. Thank you Zerorez!

process and results all five star. This was my first and only zerorez experience,
I will no doubt schedule another call for the furniture.

Your representative did a fantastic job! When I compare you to the Zerorez company in Salt Lake City however, your company does not compete. All you use is a steam vac. The other company used a new, state-of-the-art vacuum with fast spinning, broom-like bristles in it that would dig into the carpet to pull out all the dirt and junk. Then they would use the Zerorez water solution on it. Their process would leave old carpet looking new. Your process does removes a few stains, but it is comparable to all the ordinary carpet cleaning companies out there. Also, the Zerorez company in S.L.C. would provide styrofoam blacks to prop furniture on top of so they could vacuum under it. There drying times where less than half too. There price was only $33/room. That was a company I bragged to all my friends about, but I am sad to learn that it is only the S.L.C location I can recommend.
