The carpet cleaning is excellent. The cleaning of the flagstone dining room floor borders on unacceptable.
Cleaning leather furniture is not your forte. Would suggest not using a combined cleaner/conditioner. Quality separate products always do a better job. Realize a combined product is faster, but the end result is not as good.............

We like the fact that the cleaning is done with no soap which will not leave a residue. This will extend the life of the carpet.
I like that you were on time and called 15 min prior to arrival. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. The carpet is very clean. It does take longer to dry than most cleaners do but the result is good.
Love that there are no chemicals! Our technician was friendly and fast. Heard the advertisement on KFI radio and when I walked into my house I decided, this house needs a good cleaning. We have pets and the smell before was dreadful! Now you wouldn't know we had any pets let alone 5!
If I could give DAVID a 12 I would do that. When I called to make the appointment I requested someone with more experience as when I had my carpets cleaned this past June, I wasn't satisfied. David arrived at my house early and was very polite. He was VERY knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really like his philosophy which is to treat each customer job as if you were doing the job for your own family. I also like the fact that he showed up before the 8-10 time block. His philosophy is if you show up on time you are late and if you show up early you are on time. I liked that! He worked VERY hard cleaning my carpet (which is about 16 years old) Not to mention the fact that I have 3 children and 3 cats who can be very messy and I had the carpet to show for it!! He did a fantastic job on my carpet and it now looks practically new. Even though it was a gloomy rainy day when I got the carpet cleaned, I noticed it still dried faster than on previous appointments. I am very satisfied with the results and the next time I have my carpets cleaned I will DEFINETLY request David again!

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I usually call with a last minute need to have my carpets cleaned and the customer service rep always works with me. Even added me as a last stop on the same day.

They do a great job of cleaning and the service is professional and friendly.
I liked that Zerorez, in addition to doing an awesome job on my carpet, was also able to clean my wood floors. I didn't have to hire another company on another day. And with Zerorez, my carpets stay cleaner much longer. My neighbor got their number from me the next day and made an appointment.
The carpets were not quite as clean as we expected them to be. Also, the tech left the doors to our offices open after he left.
