This is my first time using Zerorez (after listening to Bill Handel talk about it for YEARS!). So far, the claim that old spots don't reappear seems to be accurate. This was always very annoying after other services.
Spots on carpet are already coming back and its only been 4 days. Zerorez has been good in the past, but not this time.

Your techs are thorough and careful - I love that you do not use soap. I think this is the best way to clean and preserve the carpet. I will always use Zerorez.

He called when he was on his way. He arrived on time. He explained everything and knew all about the

The tile and grout went from black to white. Larry was able to do it in a couple hours what I was not able to do all day.

We felt, after the carpet dried, that it was not as clean as expected. This is our first experience with Zerorez, and the personnel have been helpful and pleasant to deal with, our experience with the overall cleaning was disappointing.

Our service provider Gill was great. He was friendly and honest. He did a great job cleaning our carpets.
I have used Zerorez since 2007, often several times a year because I have animals. Great service and carpet cleaners always very nice and helpful. I have also had upholstered furniture cleaned and just notice car carpet can be cleaned, which I will do next time.
The cleaning process is the best and the technicians are professional. I never use anything else.
One of our room's carpet was still dirty after he cleaned it, and left. While it was wet, I went ahead and hand cleaned it with woolite carpet cleaner and a soft towel. Most of the stains came out. The carpet cleaner should have some kind of soft scrubber to get the dirtier areas on carpets out, then steam clean it after.
