The return call from the main office was within 20 minutes trying to squeeze me into an already busy schedule. Tech Edwardo kept his appt time, VERY friendly, VERY quick. Did an outstanding job!!!

I liked the technican, Dana, who cleaned the carpet and two chairs. He was extremely professional and efficient. I was very pleased that, after he cleaned the stair carpet, he placed a fan to blow air on it to speed up the dry time while he cleaned the rest of the house. He was also very considerate about placement of his van in the driveway so as to minimize the noise and the fumes. And he did a great job. The carpet and chairs look great!

this was my 3rd time using zerorez, this time i am not happy with the way my carpets came out, in certain area the carpet do not look clean.

the gentleman who cleaned our carpet was on-time, courteous, helpful, diligent. your product did a great job and didn't take terribly long to dry. also, the added benefit of having him return in 10 days if something needed extra attention was great as well. i would highly recommend Zerorez.

This is the second time that I have used your company. The first time I was totally impressed.... This time, not sure... I still have spots on my carpet, and there are a few traffic areas that still look dirty!! :( The technician was great, but now that it is dry, I can see these marks and I'm pretty bummed!!!!
