Although my carpet is not perfect, it is sooo much better than it was. I was not pleased with the drying time, however, as it was 3 full days.
No funny odor after the procees! Very friendly and professional staff.
The carpet looks like new. The spots don't come back. It is safe for babys to crawl on.
I was very happy with the customer service and the technician "Livingston". Livingston was very cordial and so willing to be helpful and very neat and tidy when he was finished with the appointed work orders.

Technician was coming down with flu. He constantly had to stop what he was doing and use our restroom, which, in the circumstances was perfectly understandable.
In the stop and start cycle, he did not suck up solution in 1 area in front of DVD cabinet. It remained soaking wet for 72 hours and we now have a blue/grey 12 x 12 residue spot on our burgundy carpet. We keep vacuuming it but it still is discolored.
We have a sofa that faces the TV which my husband & I sit on. The strip in front of sofa where we walk doesn't appear to have been cleaned well.
We had NOT been told that tile cleaned & sealed must be not walked on for a day or two. That we were informed of by our neighbors @ 1464 Cedarhill Drive who had just had the service done a few weeks ago. So, we cut way back on what was done on Nov. 15th and you are coming back Dec. 19th to finish job when we know we can "stay off" of the tile.
Zero Rez has done our house before. We clearly reminded scheduler it is a 2 story home. With the huge special going on that required appointments be set up by October 31st (though service did not have to be done by Oct. 31st), we were quoted $ 680 for all the carpet, all the tile, 2 sofas, the seat of a desk chair, an upholstered Honda Accord and the floors of a Honda Pilot.
Since we were having a gathering the next day and people would need to walk on the tile, as I said, we cut back on the work to be done on Nov. 15th. All we had done was what was to be the cost-free family room carpet, 2 sofas, desk chair seat & Honda Accord and were charged $580.00 !!!!!!
We had been quoted $ 680.00 for the entire job.
Is my Dec. 19th service really only going to be the remaining quoted $ 100. ? the residue spot in family room corrected, the area right in front of our sofa done again, all the 2nd floor carpet, all the tile cleaned & sealed and the Honda Pilot carpets?
Frankly, having had Zero Rez out before myself & the great job that was done and knowing the great job they do at our friend's house @ 1464 Cedarhill right across the street, I am very surprised at all the "problems" we had with this service.
I really need to speak with a supervisor to answer my questions regarding the Dec. 19th appt. to complete our original work order.

I have light (ivory) colored carpet - it now looks yellow in many areas. Can someone please come and look at it? I am having a Xmas gathering in 2 weeks. Also, I have recommended you many times and never receive the $25. Two of them are Debra Hart (Downey) and Naomi Nixon (So Gate). You have cleaned my carpet many times! Name removed
Consistently friendly and professional service from start to finish. From the folks who answer the phone, take the order and schedule the appointment, through the field techs who clean the carpets, they're first-rate. The gentleman that came to the house was very polite and friendly. My carpets looked great and he was able to remove stains that had been there for a while

It appears that a large section close to the center of our living room was either missed or not given the attention it needed being a moderate to high traffic area. Bummer. Hoping that a return visit will take care or it.

does a good job especially removing stain
In the past I have always rated Zerorez a 10. However, the visit 3 days ago was less than what I expected. Some areas were not as clean as past Zerorez experiences. Furniture was not moved, as a matter of fact I found crumbs on the carpet under one of the chairs the same day the tech left. And he had the nerve to tell me that he usually charges and extra $50 for vacuuming services. Really??
