Honestly, the service was great but it was very expensive!
Livingston is always prompt and professional. Had the hardwood floors cleaned this time. Wish the grooves came out cleaner, but mostly pleased.

Service call appointment was scheduled and confirmed for Saturday 9/7/13 at 8:00 am, not 8-12noon. The appointment was the very first one for the technician, who was supposed to call 30 minutes prior at 7:30 am. It was verified the afternoon before on Friday 9/6/13 that he would not be late for any reason, not a breakfast staff meeting, not forgot the time, not any reason/rationale. The very first time I scheduled an appointment with this company two(2) years ago the technician was an hour late. His excuse was that he had to attend a breakfast staff meeting at my appointment time, which caused him to be late. When he arrived he of course had a negative attitude/condescending demeanor towards me for me being upset that he had held me up and was late. I gave the company another chance and called them back on 11/2013 to clean my carpets and steam my travertine tile and price out for wood floor cleaning.
Today's 12/6/13 appointment was to seal the travertine time they forgot to seal during the last appointment in 11/2013 and to clean the wood floors. Against my better judgement I had hoped this service call would go well and the technician would be professional both in attitude and punctuality. Not the case. Once the tech showed up late at my door, he appeared in his demeanor to be agitated and was abit condescending towards me, even to the extent of threatening me, stating he was going to put me on a "BLACK LIST" as he walked away deciding not to do the work, which we were both in agreement of at that point.
Bottom line if you want punctuality and a professional attitude do not contact this company. The technicians act as if there paying you to have them service your home not the other way around. They continue to arrive late with both an condescending attitude, and unprofessional demeanor towards the customer. And this is an ongoing issue year after year.

Your technician was friendly and diligent
The end result is very good. The cost of spot removal was extremely high. The estimate for grout cleaning was also extremely high considering our tiles are 17" - much less grout that a 6" or 8" tile floor. We will handle future spot and grout cleaning ourselves. Our carpets look really good so we will probably call you again for cleaning.
Zerorez always does an excellent job. They are professional in every way. I have been happily using their services for years and I love the fact that they don't use soap and don't leave any soapy residue. Use them. You won't be disappointed.
That the carpets dry faster after a cleaning by Zerorez and less dirt is attracted in between cleanings.

The technicians, both in Castaic (Marcel) and San Pedro (Eduardo) were professional and courteous. Their work was border line miracles. Definitely first rate.

I like that you use only water and not soap to clean the carpets. I also like how careful your technicians ar not to damage my walls or furniture.
My wife was happy with the job and I was also. However, when I went to pay the bill I thought it was more than I was originally told but I paid it. Then I later looked at an invoice sent over the internet and it showed that I paid a $15 tip. Sorry I would not have done that! It should hot have been included in my bill and any ti should have been at my discretion. I am a contractor (do't get tipe) and do not appreciate being billed them. It would be the main reason not to call you again.
