Great service - everything very clean.
Cleaning the kitchen tile was so-so. Because of the round head used, the corners of both kitchen and bathroom had dirt deposits left with no attempt to clean them. The small space between the dishwasher and the floor, no attempt was made to clean the grout dirt buildup there. The space between toilet and walls in bathrooms is small, so round head did not clean well in corners and around the toilet itself. This is the second time we used Zerorez, and on both occasions both cleaners seemed to want to do the job as fast as they can and leave. The first occasion was for carpet and I was happier with it, but the cleaning man said he would do some throw rugs for $5.00 each (very inexpensive) but we got what we paid for (not so clean rugs)
Technicians are knowledgable and do a fantastic job. Products are without chemicals, which I love.
Our carpet guy said he was 100% positive he could get the smell of dog out of our carpet especially because we have plastic between our carpet and padding.. The smell came back 2 days later

The service tech was very professional and helpful. He did his job very quickly.
While cleaning my shower the shower door glass was scratched, I called the office and was told someone would call me back. I'm still waiting. Very disappointed, heard they were very good, but found out the heard way not true.

My carpet looks great!
The method of cleaning is safe, thorough and leaves no "shoe cleaning" soap residue. Technicians are knowledgeable, hard working and take great care in obtaining customer satisfaction. Robert recently refinished our large stone living room table and obtained outstanding results. Excellent service, results and affordable pricing are the standard for Zerorez.

The job was done well. What I didn't like this time. Service was not consistent with past experience from zerorez. The first tech I had (few years ago) may have went above and beyond. He was sincere and even offered to smooth out the slack in certain areas where carpet was loose and didn't ask for an additional charge. This tech viewed the area and seemed to be looking for other ways to charge me more money. And insisted that he would have to charge me an additional $35 for my small hallway. After going back and forth he found on the work order that my hallway was included and no additional charge was needed. So I guess the first tech spoiled me and I was expecting the same. Both did a good job with the carpet.

We used to have a spotless carpet with the older (bigger) trucks. We usually get a stain or two that ghosts back now though after a few days.
