Carpet was cleaned. The gentleman who did the job was very professional very informative very quick and very thorough. We had a nice opportunity to visit and discuss the process and he was very helpful to help me understand what your process is doing and what I needed to do..

Michael, the technician, called ahead of time, and arrived ten minutes into the four hour window. He was thorough, got some nasty spots out of my carpet, and was pleasant to deal with. Appreciated the email the night before explaining the service and who to expect.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Old spots were still there after cleaning. We tried to call you all day on the following day using the same number I found on line, no one answered. Sorry, don't know how to make things right, don't want to bother having you come again.

Your employees are clean cut and look professional and not sloppy. They are very friendly. It does not take that long. There is no strong chemical smell.
