The job came out well, carpet looks great! My carpet is almost white in color, and was pretty dark in the traffic areas, and there has been some spills also.
I feel at ease letting my grandkids play on the carpet because of the absence of chemicals and detergents.

I am Name removed, the person in my home who made the phone call and hire your service. Your operator gave me a price of about $220 on the phone and I agreed.
I hired your service based upon my satisfactory experience of the last time your company cleaned the same carpets in my home. Last time, the team of two men did a great job, and moved some of the furniture.
This time you sent one man. He wanted $20 per room to move furniture ( your operator never hinted about this charge). You man said there was an additional fee since we live on the 3rd Floor ( I was never informed or even asked about being on the 3rd floor.)
I was not present when your man was here. My wife was here by herself. She had to move things by herself.
She was told that all this information was available in an email sent to me. I never received the alleged email. Had I have known of the additional charges, I would have cancelled.
