I like this company. All the tech's are named Dennis! (At least the ones that came to my house.) Previously I had my living room furniture cleaned by Zerorez. I was very happy with the results so I called them back to clean my dining room chairs and the living room carpet. it was very cold that day so the carpet took longer to dry and started to smell. I called them back and they re-cleaned it free of charge!

appointments are pretty much right on. This latest tech was professional, helpful, accommodating and informative.
I do love how clean my very old white carpet looks after the tech is done! However, this time, we had him treat a "pet accident" in one of the bedrooms and the smell is WAY worse than it was so we will have to treat it again ourselves. We will know not to do that next time.
I like that the carpet doesn't smell after being cleaned. I like that they don't dump dirty water in my yard. I like the cleanliness and politeness of the cleaner. I like that I don't have a residue on my carpet after it's cleaned. I like that the carpet is dry by the next morning.

I like the greenness of what you use to clean. I was especially happywith Dana, who was very thoughtful about the use of the equipment in our home, and very thorough in cleaning the carpets.
Terry recently cleaned my bathroom floor. I was absolutely amazed at the results. It has never looked better. I can't remember it ever looking so clean. I have had you people on four different occasions; for carpet, outside tile, upholstery and bathroom tile. I have never been so pleased with a cleaning service. It is a pleasure working with you people.

Your technician, Jorge, was EXCELLENT. Not only did he do a VERY thorough job, he wanted to be sure that I showed him anything I considered a "trouble spot" then took the time to explain everything he was going to do and then did it to perfection. In addition Jorge was extremely respectful of my home....mats on the wood floor under his hoses, rubber guards at the doorways, plastic or blocks under my furniture and booties in case we needed to walk on the damp carpet when he was finished (and probably more that I didn't even notice). I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and will request that they send Jorge again!!!!!

My old dirty apartment carpet never looked better. I haven't seen my area rug look this good in years! In fact, I was ready to dump it and buy a new one before it was cleaned.

Tech was on time and did very good clean job. Only problem was the phone quote was $254 but I was charged $319. The tech did not know how she came up with that price of $ 254. I felt almost like it was a bait and switch, lower quote to get in the home then bring up the charges. The tech should have confirmed with me before he did the job what the charges would be since he had the $ 254 quote on his electronic device. He did the job then told me the price.
