Service was timely,did great job- carpet much cleaner than I thought it could be ( old& lots of stains)

Huge blood stain came up but I liked that he said he would come back, no cost, if the stain came back! Also loved the guy who came to service us. I think his name was Brian. Several of my friends had recommended you. Glad I called you! Have a merry Christmas!

That you don't use soap. Love that it removes old soap, from previous carpet cleanings. My carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new.

Zero Rez had to come out a 2nd time to "fix" what the 1st tech created. Keith made us feel completely at ease and he did a beautiful job recleaning carpet that I almost had no hope for. Thank you for Keith. Well definitely have carpets and maybe other items cleaned in the future. Thank you.
Your customer service was very good. When I had an issue you took care of it,your technician was very nice and helpful. No need to change
