We were thrilled with how the carpet looked. We had a LOT of pet spots that disappeared with the pre-treating done prior to the cleaning process. However, two weeks later and the spots are back... :( Name removed Phone number removed

you really should do a follow up, just about anyone can get the carpet cleaned at the beginning, we will see after a month and a few months how it is. But it is good that you are at least trying.

That the alkaline water removes all the dirt and leaves the carpet fresh and clean. Dried in 10 hours ( overnight).
