The fact that no soap is used.
From making the appointment, the followup reminders, punctuality of the serviceman, politeness, and thorough cleaning, Zerorez did a great job.

Great service - it was easy to schedule an appointment, they came promptly, and Dana cleaned my 2 sofa cushions that someone accidentally dropped, then sat on, chocolate-covered blueberries, beautifully! I definitely felt that it was very important to the technician that I be completely satisfied with his work, which I was. And the cushions dried quickly, too and look like new! (My couch is only 6 months old so it was very important to me to restore it to its pre-chocolate-disaster condition - and Zerorez delivered!

I like that the staff is friendly, that they are considerate of my time, that they are a Christian organization -- I like to support Christian organizations -- and I like that they did a fantastic job! I love the warranty and the best part is that they just used water! No residue! No chemicals!

I had used Zerorez several times before and now feel the product has changed. My carpeting looks no better than if I had vacuumed the area. I was disappointed and do not know if I would call zerorez again.
You pay attention to furniture and walls when dragging hoses. The carpets stay clean and spots don't resurface.
NEGATIVE. Your trucks leak Each time we have used your service there has been oily stains on our driveway. Our home sits too far off the street to park there. We like the job you do with the carpets and upholstery enough that we continue to call you in spite of the driveway mess...which you have always returned to clean up.
the service was not the same as last time, but price is the same. i am really not satisfied this time!

The fact that your process leaves nothing in the carpet to attract dirt
Excellent customer service. Carpet dries quickly, no residue or smell and my carpet looks like new!
Be more consistent in your training. Every time a tech has cleaned our carpet we have had quite a range in results. One man over wet the carpet and it smelled of mildew for a month. Our last visit had great results because apparently the previous fellow did not put on the anti-wicking spray and the spots all came back in less than a month. All and all I feel it is a good system but varied results.

I initially really liked the Service person who came out, Dennis. He was beyond polite, expert, helpful. I felt that he really cared about his work and giving me the end result of the cleanest carpets I've ever had in this apartment!
I also really liked the fact that there was not soapy residue after he left. The carpets are just - clean. It's really wonderful. And my dog hasn't had any allergic reactions since that day, either. Very happy dog guardian, I am!
Last but not least, I really think the concept of carpet cleaning, created by your company, is the new wave of carpet cleaning technology. I'm looking forward to having my carpets look amazing for a long time - having instituted a "shoes off"policy since the cleaning to help preserve the new clean look. Stay tuned for coming attractions!

They kept us informed when they would be arriving. They were very thorough and quick. I was surprised how quickly they were done and the finish results were amazing.
Our carpets had not been cleaned for 8 year and we had an elderly dog. After zerorez cleaned our carpets they looked like new. Thank you so much - Highly recommend.
