No soap or chemicals. Stains don't come back, safe for pets and I like everything about it. I always recommend Zerorez to anyone I know.
The phone Reps were very courteous and went out of their way to find an appt. for me. The Tech who did my carpets was prompt, VERY cheerful, more than willing to be thorough and NEVER complained.

clean, no residue, no chemical smell
Although the carpet looks clean, he did not properly protect our wood floor and banister, and left scratches on both the floor and banister. I thought he would offer a discount because of the damage he did to our home, but he didn't. I have allergies, and my air purifier has been on high speed, and says there is dust in the air. We have vacuumed numerous times, and finally today, it has dropped down to a lower speed and says the air is clean. I don't believe there is no residue.

THE PRODUCT-WATER IS ABOUT AS NATURAL AS IT GETS. IT JUST MAKES SENSE WITHOUT THE ADDITIVES THE CARPET WILL LESS LIKELY TO ATTRACT DIRT. I HOPE THAT WILL BE THE CASE OF ACCIDENTAL SPILLS OR SHOES TRACKING IN THEIR STUFF. I DO MY BEST TO KEEP THE CARPET LOOKING ITS BEST.
