The obvious...no residue. It is an amazing transformation. I had 2 vehicles cleaned at the same time as the carpet in my house; my boyfriend's truck upholstery and carpet and the carpet and floor mats of my car. Seriously brought them back to new vehicle status !!
It seems I do not have to vacuum my carpets as often since they've been "Zerorezed". Dennis the technician was very professional and informative with an attention to detail I totally appreciate.

The clean products are what brought me to Zerorez and are what keep me with the company. Most recently, however, I had very positive interaction with Justin, one of your managers, who helped work through some questions I had and resolved the underlying issues. I've been with you since the beginning. Your customer service staff is excellent. The technicians that come out know the product, provide great service and the results are excellent. I like the fact that there is no soap used. Prior to using your company I used the usual companies, it actually took several cleanings to get the soap residue out. Once this happened the carpets looked better and better.

I wish you would go back and accept AMEX. And it would be nice to have the same technician if possible.
