Robert was very professional. I showed him some trouble areas and he was able to get everything out.
I asked him for an estimate on grout cleaning and he did an area in our entry way at no charge just so we could see how it will look once the grout is cleaned. Very cool. The whole process didn't take too long and it ended up to be less $ then we thought!
